Shipping charges:
Free Shipping on all orders, no minimum-purchase required, In stock orders are generally filled and shipped the next business day. Pre-Orders are filled and ship as soon as the merchandise is inventoried.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
It is important that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and will refund, . If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will set up a return for you. Returns must be made within 15 calendar days of when the order was received. Returns must be received within 10 business days of when return was requested. If you return an item, you may receive a refund (less shipping), exchange, or replacement of the item (if damaged).
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns are at the expense of the buyer and must contain the packing slip or a copy of the packing slip. Order Cancellations:
In Stock Items – After you place an order for an in stock item, the order can be cancelled as long as it has not started to be processed. Once your order has begun to be processed or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, item can be returned when you receive it (see return policy above).
